Service Description
All customers must carry out a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment, even if you have had lashes elsewhere previously.
During the consultation, we will discuss your preferred lash style and how we can customise this to suit your features.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. If this time has lapsed, your deposit will not be refunded.
There is a 10 minute grace period only, please note lateness may affect results due to restricted time.
All first time clients must book a patch test at least 48 hours prior to you booking date. If no patch test has been carried out, the service will not be fulfilled.
Please contact within 72 hours for a free fix if unhappy with the results, no refunds offered.
